Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions – Kassap Meat House

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, issuance, and redemption of gift vouchers issued by Kassap Meat House. By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Validity Period

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or issuance.
• The expiry date is printed on the physical voucher or included in the digital confirmation.
• Vouchers expire automatically after 12 months and cannot be extended or renewed.
• Any unused balance after the expiry date becomes void.

2. Redemption Rules

• The full value of the voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction.
• Partial redemption is not allowed. You must use the entire voucher amount in one visit.
• If your bill is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be forfeited and becomes void immediately. No change, credit, or replacement voucher will be provided for any unused portion.
• If your bill exceeds the voucher value, you must pay the difference.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed for food and beverages at Kassap Meat House outlets, subject to availability.

3. Usage Restrictions

• Vouchers are valid for dine-in only.
• Vouchers cannot be used for:
  • Alcoholic beverages, if restricted by local laws or policy.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless specified.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

4. Reservations and Availability

• Table reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak hours.
• Redemption is subject to table availability on the day of visit.
• The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service in case of overcrowding or operational reasons.

5. Transferability

• Vouchers are transferable and make excellent gifts. However, they may only be redeemed by the person presenting the valid voucher.

6. No Cash Alternative

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No refunds will be issued for purchased vouchers.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced except at the Restaurant’s sole discretion and upon proof of purchase.

7. Expiry and Forfeiture

• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded.
• Any remaining balance after partial use or after expiry is automatically void and non-recoverable.

8. Fraud and Misuse

• The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse redemption if the voucher appears to be duplicated, altered, or used fraudulently.
• We may cancel the voucher without notice in such cases.

9. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at the restaurant or on our website.
• Continued use of the voucher after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kassap Meat House shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or non-use of a gift voucher.
• Our liability shall not exceed the face value of the voucher.
